Does the app need the internet?

No. Speech recognition, translation and notes all run on your iPhone, so it works in Airplane Mode. The AI models are installed once as a model pack.

Where are my meetings stored?

Only on your device, in an encrypted database that only the app can open. They are not in iCloud or computer backups, so deleting the app deletes them. Export anything you want to keep.

How do I delete my data?

Delete a meeting in the app to remove its recording, transcript and notes. Turn off voice memory in Settings to stop remembering voices. Deleting the app removes everything.

Can I record anyone?

Tell people before you record them, and get their consent where the law requires it.

How accurate are the translations?

Good, but not perfect, especially with noise, overlapping speech or rare terms. Add names and terms to the dialect master to improve them, and check anything important against the recording.
